Jig Ramji

HR Director, inD

Jig Ramji is the HR Director for inD, bringing extensive international experience of human resources leadership across M&A, talent strategy, leadership development and culture transformation. He blends deep expertise in organisation design with hands-on experience delivering large-scale change programmes that align people, structure and purpose.

Jig has held senior HR roles at Bloomberg — including Regional HR Director for APAC in Hong Kong and Singapore and Global HR Director for Bloomberg Operations in London — and has served as Chief Talent Officer at Bloomberg, LSEG and Aviva. In these roles he designed and led end-to-end initiatives across diversity, equity & inclusion, talent assessment, leadership development, succession planning and colleague engagement.

Earlier in his career Jig spent several years in consulting with Deloitte in London and Sydney, specialising in change management, HR transformation and organisation design. Trained as an occupational psychologist and an ICF‑accredited executive coach, he coaches senior leaders, builds high‑performance cultures and develops robust talent pipelines.

Jig is passionate about helping organisations create cultures that attract, develop and retain exceptional talent. He serves as a Non‑Executive Board Member and Trustee for Roffey Park and sits on its Remuneration Committee.
